Waiver of 7 CFR § 273.2(c) and (e)(1)


Reinstate the case if the EDG provides or verifies missing information: 

  • within 30 days of closure when the case closed due to failure to provide or verify information, and
  • the EDG had months remaining in the benefit period before the case closed.  


A new application and interview are not required.


Reinstate the case for the remaining months of the benefit period.  Do not extend the benefit period.
