Reinstate the individual if the CT Superior Court reverses the IPV determination. Restore benefits for any periods benefits were underpaid due to the disqualification.

Refer reversed IPV decisions by the CT Superior Court to the appropriate Client Fraud Investigations Division Supervisor. Client Fraud Investigations will remove the individual’s IPV penalty from eDRS. Restore any underpaid benefits.
