7 CFR § 273.26(c) and (d)

EDGs are eligible for TBA if: 

• at least one member received TFA, and
• TFA ended due to new or increased earned income.

EDGs are not eligible for TBA when:

• TFA ends due to a TFA sanction;
• All EDG members are ineligible for SNAP due to:
• ABAWDs failing to comply with requirements; 
• Disqualification for IPV; 
• Disqualification for work requirements; 
• Disqualification for duplicate participation; 
• Disqualified for failing to: 
• provide information needed to determine eligibility, or 
• cooperate with any QC review;   
• Fleeing felon status;
• Ineligible asset transfers;
• Ineligible non-citizen status; or
• Ineligible student status.
